Una ricerca condotta dal Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors conferma come il mercato immobiliare sia stato stagnante a giugno, in particolare a causa del senso di instabilita' politica che pervade il paese. The housing market is continues to be "stifled" by uncertainty, according to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Its residential market survey in June found that the average supply of stock has hit another record low, with lower numbers of agreed sales. Demand has slipped further as new instructions fell for the 16th month in a row. This dulling effect on the market has been caused by the uncertain political situation, according to 44pc of those polled, compared to the 27pc who said that Brexit was the most important factor. Respondents to the survey highlighted that prices of property in London have continued to fall, particularly in the most expensive areas. This softening has been reflected in figures from Savills, which found that the average value of property in the priciest areas of the capital slipped 5.3pc year on year
